Cooked chicken kebab and made hummus for dinner today.

The kebab recipe here and hummus recipe here. I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breast though….much tastier!

Then I deep fried the skin I saved from the chicken thighs for supper hehehe. Just season with salt and pepper then dunk em in hot fat. Easy peasy.

While nomming dinner and supper, we watched a sweet film called Win Win, followed by an old film called Mikey that is banned in the UK for like forever.

Now watching Top Gear. Yeah, my perfect Saturday.

Doesn’t matter that recently I have developed a mild lactose tolerance which is really a bitch cause it makes me fart like crazy…mostly silent but violent types.

I love dairy!!! Milk, cream, butter, cheese give it all to me!

Hubs had to work so I was left to figure out dinner on my own. So, I boiled pasta in Campbell creamy seafood soup, and topped it off with seasoned pork crackling. Hoovered it all up! Burp.

Then I made a gigantic mug of iced cocoa because I could. Melted parmesan into the milk too because a pinch of salt is far too boring. Lots and lots of sugar…..

Whipped up some cream, sweetened of course.

I wanted to blog about the wedding preparation but couldn’t find any picture of my rockstar bridesmaids DIY-ing. Arghhhhhh!

Think I might have lost those pictures forever. I am such an idiot :(

I spent too long looking for them pictures and it is bedtime soon so will have to abandon initial blogging topic.

For now you just have to contend with a picture of my homemade deep fried apple pies.

Apple filling was made from scratch but I used store bought puff pastries. Busy woman has got to learn how to cheat in the kitchen.
