It’s a wrinkled kind of day….too lazy to steam my dress :P

Dress from Calvin Klein, got it at a steal many years ago. Shoes from Bangkok. Bag from ri2k.

Don’t know why I didn’t put down the bottle of water before snapping this picture.

Too lazy to eat out for dinner so I cleared out the fridge and made a ham & vegetable chowder….my own recipe on a whim.

Easy peasy…. fry off onions, chopped ham, sliced mushrooms, chopped snow peas and a can of flageolet beans (you can use any type of unflavoured beans) till fragrant then add stock (I used pork stock hehe) and a couple of tablespoons of shiaoxing wine.

Simmer for 5 minutes and then thicken with flour & cornflour solution.

Turn flame down, add whipping cream and season with salt and pepper.

Bring to boil and then it’s ready to serve.

Yummy.

  1. Hi Kim, I remember you saying that you bought an OEM Yonanas? Could you please do a review on it? I’m planning to get one. Thanks!
