Dinner at Cafe Cafe.

At first he told me that he’s taking me to Boat House, which I was not very happy with the last time we were there. So I was quite disappointed when he said we’re having dinner there. But he drove past TTDI and said that he missed a turn. So I was helping him to find a U-Turn but he kept missing all the turns and by the time we passed Istana Negara, I knew he was taking me somewhere else.

We reached Cafe Cafe and I was so happy because I had wanted to go there for the longest time. He had already surprised me with a Liz Claiborne handbag and I hadn’t expected anymore surprises from him :)

We parked at the smelly back alley behind Cafe Cafe and in spite of the smell, it’s a very photogenic alley! Okay, I just wanted to camwhore…

Happy Birthday to me :)

Am officially 24 :)

And in conjunction with my birthday, I have revamped my blog. Press ctrl + f5, quickly quickly if you’re still looking at the old blog!

Ladies and gentlemen, I present …. kimberlycun.com v5.0. :)

So how? It’s huge, right? All 900 x 688 of pixels, babeh. Have to live up to the blog’s name, you see.

Took me two whole days to get the blog theme just right, and making sure that it loads properly in both Firefox and IE. As for people using other browsers, aih sorry you have to bear with the wonkiness!

Lets walk down memory lane for a bit, shall we??

My very first blog banner was the huge ass picture of my pair of pins. Boy, those legs had attracted so many comments both bad and good. Got called lumpy. Got called lardy also got. Now that I look again at the banner, yeah they do look kinda lumpy hahaha.

WARNING: This is a really long post with loads of pictures!!!

2008 is my year, the year of the Rat. Since I’ve lived through two full cycles, I think I can officially call myself an old fart :)

Every year, all I really want to do is to have a nice quiet meal with my loved ones…maybe blow out some candles after, for bonus. Partying? Oh well only if it’s in a nice restaurant where everyone can chit chat and catch up. Downing hard liquor in a crowded club and then worrying whether your friends would make it home in one piece? No, thank you.

The last time I partied on my birthday, it was my 21st. I got so drunk I was helpless against getting thrown into KY‘s pond -_-.

Here are some pictures from that memorable party, in chronological order:

#1 First drink of the evening.
First drink.

#2 Drink number X.
Drunk.
